Virginia Locations


Lyon Village – Is the top contender for many who wants to live in Arlington. The neighborhood is sought-after due to its charming homes, tree-lined streets with sidewalks and quaint traffic circles that make it a friendly place to walk with dogs and kids.

Westover – Walkability and good schools are the prime drivers of interest in Westover. The neighborhood is just about a mile from the East Falls Church Metro station, where neighbors enjoy walking to local stores and restaurants including the famous Italian Store and Westover Beer Garden (just to name a few).

Alexandria City

Del Ray – The neighborhood’s laid-back vibe attracts all who love to walk to the mom-and-pop businesses such as The Dog Store or one of the many coffee shops, cafes and restaurants along Mount Vernon Avenue.

Old Town Alexandria – In addition to the historic properties Old Town is known for, it recently has seen new high-end condos and townhouses as well.

Rosemont – While the neighborhood offers mature trees and a suburban feel, residents can still walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants on Mount Vernon Avenue in Del Ray and quickly travel to Old Town.


Town of Vienna – The Town of Vienna entices buyers with excellent schools and, for many residents, the ability to walk to restaurants and shops on Maple Avenue.

Mantua – The Mantua Swim and Tennis Club is a center for neighborhood gatherings and many neighbors also join the civic association, which produces a monthly newsletter to keep residents connected. Eakin Community Park offers picnic areas, playgrounds and access to walking trails.

Kent Gardens – A long established neighborhood that backs to Kirby Road and Westmoreland Road—offers great schools and strong sense of community.

Mosby Woods – While not as walkable as some other neighborhoods such as Vienna, the houses and yards are a little bigger. The Vienna and Dunn Loring-Merrifield Metro stations are within a short drive of the community.

Loudoun County

One Loudon – Is the newest development of One Loudoun, designed to provide a walkable lifestyle with an array of community activities, events, shops and restaurants.

Willowsford – A planned community in Ashburn, has earned national attention for its farm-to-table lifestyle. The community, designed around 300 acres of agricultural land, has 2,000 acres of open space. And, 90 percent of its homes back to parkland.

Belmont Country Club – Among the many golf course communities in Loudoun County, Belmont Country Club is one of the most popular at the moment. There are new shops and restaurants right outside the gated community and a private golf club inside.

Purcellville – While many people enjoy the rolling hills and scenic views of mountains and trees, Purcellville has experienced growth recently, with more restaurants and shops opening along Main Street in the center of tow

Prince William

Braemar – Residents can walk to school, Braemar Village Plaza and Bristow Shopping Center within the community. Braemar is also within a short distance of Gainesville, Manassas and Haymarket. Amenities include nature trails, tot lots, tennis courts, basketball courts and two swimming pools.

Dominion Valley – A gated community under development by Toll Brothers, is an active community that attracts buyers of all ages and interests. Amenities include a sports pavilion, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, golf course, restaurants, shops, fitness center and clubhouse.

Potomac Shores – This new community on the Potomac River offers plenty of amenities which include a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, hiking and biking trails and the new Shores Club, a 13,000-square-foot recreation center etc.
